Takes Shape
W ith rural lots in the Vineyards at Stage Pass starting to sell and new homes begin construction, the Stage Pass Master Plan vision is moving forward. Stage Pass is planning to provide near-term support for the annual Oregon Wine Experience event. Meanwhile, the first urban elements of the Master Plan are under review with the City of Jacksonville. The urban elements will create middle housing opportunities in the residential areas and employment, business and event space within a viticulture and oenology centric commercial area.
